General Description: * This role will work closely with various members of the Portfolio and Program Strategy team, as well as cross-functionality, to support departmental and project goals and clinical development programs. Essential Functions of the job: * Provide support and assistance to program managers in completion of all required tasks to meet departmental and project goals. * Assist with developing clinical development program strategy dashboards, reports and presentations. * Prepare minutes for governance team meetings, accurately capturing discussion, key decisions and action points. * Support process improvement initiatives to optimize process efficiency, data quality and team performance. * Develop and maintain clear and concise process guidance documents for various audiences. * Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. * Identify and manage risks across the project; escalate whenever appropriate. * Be an active participant in Portfolio and Program Strategy staff meetings. Core Competencies, Knowledge & Skill Requirements: * Ability to leverage clinical drug development experience to enable accurate and concise program management communication tools. * Proven ability to execute and perform autonomously in a fast-paced environment. * Proven ability to make sound judgments and decisions. Possess the ability to quickly assess problems/situations and provide effective resolution/solutions and raise risks and discrepancies where needed. * Proficiency in the use of the MS Office Suite, including Excel and Power Point. Education Required: Bachelor's Degree, in a scientific or other related discipline, 3-7 years minimally in clinical and drug development in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
