  • Should have 18-23 years of experience in Data and Analytics field and atleast 5 years of experience as engagement lead
  • Should have worked as developer, technical lead, project manager in datawarehousing projects ? 10 ? 15 years
  • Should have managed projects that are either completely built in cloud platform (AWS or Azure) ? 3 ? 4 years
  • Should have knowledge in reviewing effort estimations, technical solutions, delivery governance
  • Should have handled atleast one large account with annual revenue of 25M-35M per year and one or more smaller accounts with annual revenue -1M to -3M
  • Should have worked in Life Sciences Commercial, R&D, Regulatory affairs, medical affairs, manufacturing, supply chain and corporate functions line of businesses Preferred Capabilities/Skills/Years of Experience Should have gone through training or certification in either one of the cloud areas (AWS or Azure) Negotiation skills ? 4-5 years Estimation Skills ? 4-5 years Key Responsibilities
      • Understand client organization, their products, key programs
      • Work with customer to understand project & program needs, interfaces with sales and offshore delivery team in India to create techno-functional solution, effort estimation, delivery models
      • Work with offshore delivery team to create statement of work for client confirmed projects / programs
      • Identify project team members, ensures right team composition and ensures quality delivery on time
      • Manage client on scope creep and change requests
      • Responsible to ensure projects are governed
      • Run periodic account level governance meetings and social events
      • Identify risks, proactively mitigate the risks
      • Coach customers and team on the ground
      • Provide solutions to problems as opposed to highlight problems
      • Ensure account has right program managers, solution architects (data / cloud architects), BI leads and SMEs
      • Ensure no delivery escalations
      • Handle multi-vendor (SI partners) discussions / scenarios
      • Work with hyperscaler and non-hyperscaler partners as required for project and engagement
      • Work with multiple client IT stakeholders and business stakeholders
      • Mine the account for new and expansion opportunities
      • Ensure associates are upskilled, rotated, motivated and well managed
      • Ensure junior talents are infused in the account
      • Proactively manage controllable attritions
