As the first level of contact with existing accounts in your assigned territory with Essilor Labs of America (ELOA), you will be responsible for sales performance, customer relations, and growing sales volume for Essilor branded products in assigned accounts. This will include acquiring and growing eye care professionals' (ECPs) business and loyalty through the positioning and delivery of branded products, marketing strategies, service excellence and technical superiority. You'll invest about 75% of your time ensuring excellent service to existing accounts, and about 25% in prospecting for new business. You will manage a territory that includes the peninsula and East Bay. To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Account Executive opportunity, you will have: 3 to 5 years of experience and a track record of success in B2B sales, including strong relationship-building skills. Experience in the managed care space is strongly preferred, and optical industry experience would be ideal. A demonstrated aptitude for both account management and acquiring new business. A customer service orientation; customer service and/or client relations experience is strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal communication skills, including flexibility, adaptability and the ability to provide personal contributions while also contributing to overall team.
