These positions (9) will be partnered with a Client Director who share the same bookings target. This position has two primary responsibilities-generate sales through new customer acquisition, renewal and growth of assigned clients, and supporting your assigned Client Director in the identification and closing of new and cross-sell/upsell business. The Client Success Associate must show an ability to navigate across several different job functions including but not limited to marketing, sales, sales operations. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts responsible for renewal and growth.
  • Partner closely with Client Director to help progress qualified pipeline through the sales cycle
  • Discover business initiatives and act as assigned Client Director's internal advocate
  • Qualify and validate customer-specific needs and develop solution criteria.
  • Research and understand various lines of business and personas within your assigned accounts
  • Build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders through an in-depth understanding of a client's mission and agency.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with client key influencers and buyers.
  • Qualify and validate customer-specific needs and develop solution criteria.
  • Lead the development of a strategy and plan for the growth of assigned accounts by maximizing efficiencies and identifying potential opportunities where Dun & Bradstreet can add significant value.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound leads with a strategy on prioritization of your leads
  • Qualify and process inbound leads from various lead generation sources.
  • Learn how to anticipate and prepare for objections
  • Act as a customer advocate throughout the entire sales process and solution delivery process.
  • Forecast and track sales revenues and activities in a timely manner using Salesforce.
  • Speak to value and return on investment vs. data and capabilities
  • Maintain full fluency in Dun & Bradstreet's products and services and how they are sold to deliver value (value proposition).
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization Position Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
    • 2-4 years of high-value solution sales experience is required, Public Sector experience preferred
    • Proven success in new customer acquisition and account growth
    • Highly driven, focused and committed with a proven track record of consistent sales achievement LOCATIONS
