Employee Experience Specialist Summary Reali is seeking an adaptable, uplifting Employee Experience Specialist to join our team and lead our efforts in upholding and bettering an incomparable employee experience. Hybrid role (2-3 days in the office), reporting to our Sr. Director, Employee Experience. This is a Non-Exempt, Full-time role. Responsibilities: Owning the New Hire On boarding experience from end to end Coordinate with IT to set up new employees with equipment Craft and send emails with information about the company and position Prepare on boarding kits (ex. stationary, T-shirts and mugs) Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements Coordinate company on boarding sessions Facilitate New Hire Orientation weekly Inform employees on their first tasks (ex. how to activate their accounts) Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software Address new hires' queries regarding their contracts and payroll Maintaining the HR Information System (Workday) to ensure accuracy of employee information Consulting with other departments to determine HRIS dashboard needs Performing audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required. Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS. Performs system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches. Recommends process improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policies Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Trains clients on new processes/functionality. Trains new system users. Creating an engaging experience for employees working in a remote environment Deliver end-to-end internal employee engagement plans and campaigns to inspire and engage employees. Analyzing gaps in the employee experience Analyzing data, including, survey results, turnover rates, performance reviews Implementing new initiatives geared towards benefiting employees (ex. promoting financial wellness) Upholding compliance for the People team through knowledge of current federal, state and local legislation, along with current HR trends. Qualifications: A bachelor's or associate's degree in human resources management or a related field. Experience as an on boarding specialist or in a similar HR role. 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS analyst in a related industry. Experience with ATS and resume databases. Good working knowledge of HR practices and labor legislation. The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong teamwork skills.
