Join us and you'll usher in a new category of human interaction while solving exceptional challenges that you won't find anywhere else.You Will:Reporting to the Head of Executive Search, you will partner with Executive Recruiters, cross functional recruiting team members, business and HR leaders to share intel and find great executive level people across RobloxManage executive search engagements from requisition kick-off meetings to engagement to hireUnderstand and identify competitor landscape and apply intel to research strategiesDevelop unique research strategies in multiple disciplines/domains simultaneously while managing high volume of dataYou have an eye for improvements with a research mindsetYou are always looking around the corner for what's coming next. You know what's going on in the market and trends don't surprise you, they excite youFresh ideas and creating new ways to attack a problem is your morning coffee (or matcha, or red bull, or lemon water).
