And we work diligently to encourage all with different ways of thinking, different ways of working, and especially those traditionally underrepresented in technology and financial services, to apply.Job Description:The Trust & Fiduciary Client Service Associate supports the Wealth and Fiduciary Planning and Business Development efforts of the Trust & Fiduciary team by assisting in the coordination of client wealth and estate planning needs in furtherance of our new business efforts. This may include providing high level marketing, relationship onboarding, initial administration, and research assistance to facilitate the business development process. This role plays a pivotal function in assisting with planning and organization and compilation of proposals to clients and prospects, as well as supporting COI outreach efforts and targeted programs demonstrating SVB Private's value proposition. This role will facilitate and support prospect and client communication, due diligence efforts for the onboarding of new relationships, and assist with marketing events and other events within our COI community.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with team on all aspects of new lead generation including scheduling, coordination of meetings, and fulfillment of initial materials such as helping prepare correspondence and presentations. May interact directly with client/prospect during this phase to facilitate the planning or new business process. Support the new business request-for-proposal process through close collaboration with the team and relevant partners and contacts to collect materials necessary to populate the proposals. Coordinate the processing of all relevant paperwork through the new business close, in order to ensure that accounts are opened in a timely and accurate fashion Liaison with appropriate proposal, marketing and compliance personnel to ensure proper fulfillment Support team in providing estate and financial planning needs for the client in collaboration with the client's professional advisors. Help facilitate proposals and communication between the parties. Assist in tracking all sales related activities in the appropriate software, from initial lead to close and beyond; assist in transition of relationship to designated Fiduciary or Trust Advisor. Provide superior client service throughout the sales and transition process. Personal compliance with all industry rules and regulations and firm policies. Must maintain a current knowledge of all internal processes, especially as they relate to account opening. Assist with sponsorships, event planning, and marketing events including coordinating with relevant parties, managing guest lists, and facilitating invitations and on-site planning.SkillsDemonstrated computer expertise with software products such as Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred. Demonstrated time-management and multi-tasking skills. Proven client service ability exemplified by strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Able to develop relationships within team. Strong communication skills.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree. 3+ years' experience in a relevant financial services client service support function; demonstrates an understanding of wealth management and/or trust services.
Base Pay:$61,929.00 - $80,348.00Actual starting base pay will be determined on skills, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
