This long-term contract / temporary Data Entry Clerk position is in San Mateo, California.

Major responsibilities

- Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies

- Working on special projects as assigned

- Utilizing policies and procedures to continue operations; communicating necessary changes

- Following techniques and procedures for data program and meeting data entry requirements

- Handling highly sensitive information

- Providing assistance with data entry and other administrative tasks

- Gathering, sorting, and prioritizing data for computer entry- High school diploma or equivalent required

- 2+ years of relevant experience

- Strong time management and organizational skills

- Proficient with computers and technology platforms

- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills

- Proficiency in Mail Merge

- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- General familiarity with Donations

- Expertise in Donor Database

- PDF experience

- Adeptness in Composing Letters

- Demonstrated knowledge of Posting Payments

- Experience with Email Correspondence

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

- Data entry speed over 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
