  • recruit, hire, and train new members of the team at all levels;
  • effectively manage and lead a team to ensure hiring targets are met with a goal of exceeding targets;
  • build a data-driven recruiting organization to drive analytics that provide insight and decision support;
  • provide reports and metrics in support of the organization's talent acquisition initiatives, including the ROI of programs such as employee referrals and social media recruitment;
  • assess operational capabilities to determine metric-based goals and objectives for strategic process improvements across the recruiting function. Establish, and report key recruitment metrics;
  • develop and implement workforce plans, forecasting capabilities, and a talent pipeline strategy;
  • introduce new and/or improved methodologies for attracting, assessing, and selecting the best talent;
  • partner with business leaders to provide consultation on talent acquisition strategies and challenges;
  • develop and coach the team on recruiting strategies that continually feed the candidate pipeline;
