About the RoleTotal Compensation: 90K-140K/YearDesigners are involved in development from project conception all the way through execution and iteration. You will collaborate closely with other designers, product managers, engineers and stakeholders as part of a cross-functional team. • 4+ years shipping e-commerce, group buying, and shopping experiences and End-to-End Merchant or Consumer side product design experience
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in PM/HCI/Graphic Design/Visual Communication/Motion Graphics/Interactive Design, or similar programs required; or +3 years to work experience in related fields
  • Master proficiency in Figma, proficient with ProtoPie and Adobe CC, essential productive knowledge in frontend technologies
  • Shipped at least one product on a product/UX related role
  • Perform UX analysis, design, prototyping, evaluation and implementation
  • Solid understanding of the best practices and principles of visual design, user centered-design, interaction design, and responsive web design
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to capture requirements via stakeholders and domain research
  • Ability to communicate design approaches to different audiences including non-designers
  • Expertise in creating a variety of design documentation including (but not limited to) user scenarios, task flows, conceptual models, personas, competitor analysis, heuristic analysis, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Excited working in early-stage startups and building teams and products from the ground upPowered by JazzHR
