Procurement Operations Specialist

6 months -

Location: -- San Mateo/Bay Area (able to come into the office when needed in San Mateo. )

Rate: $40/hr on W2



Job Description:



What You'll Do

--- Support procurement operations , including sourcing, requisitioning, contracting, ordering, and reporting with customer service for the procurement team and business partners

--- Manage operational processes like supplier on-boarding, software credit card purchase transactions, and the contract signature process

--- Support the development of operational dashboards for reporting metrics to management

Requirements

Your Skills and Experience

--- 2-3 years of operational experience in procurement

--- Understanding of overall P2P process, its systems, and policies

--- Familiarity with Coupa, Ariba, or other procurement system

--- Familiarity with DocuSign

--- Strong Excel and SharePoint experience

--- Reporting and data analytics experience

--- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
