We provide best-in-class live transfer leads from our dedicated sales & support team and have a proven system to jumpstart your career month after month with ongoing sales coaching to work with other industry professionals and help retirees greatly improve the sustainability of their retirement income. Whether you are new to the reverse mortgage industry or have previous experience, we have the blueprints for your success.
As a consistent leader in the reverse mortgage industry, we have the experience and resources to provide you with this rewarding career (including W2 pay and a complete benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, pet insurance, 401k match, and more).
We offer an industry changing compensation package, which includes the hourly equivalent of at least a 2.6k monthly non-recoverable draw (guaranteed minimum income) for up to 12 months. The average annual income of a Lifestyle Home Loan Specialist is typically $150,000 with the potential to earn significantly more.
