marketer's toolkit. There are thousands of new field marketing and
community roles popping up around the country. We're building the
world's best way for marketers to book IRL gatherings—the most
unique experiences, transparent package pricing, and three-click
booking. We already serve 5% of the Fortune 500, have processed
$100M in events this past year, and recently signed several new
distribution partners including Booking.com for Business and BCD.
As a Business Development Intern, you'll be on the front
lines—helping us bring on venue partners and connect with
customers. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at the
ground level with real traction and learn what it takes to build a
category-defining business. The Role You'll work directly with our
founding team on both sides of the marketplace: Venue Partnerships
• Run outbound campaigns to bring on venue partners • Cold call and
email venues to introduce Bonfiire • Set up and run demos with
prospective partners • Help venues create their first packages on
our platform Customer Development • Reach out to field marketers
and sales enablement teams • Conduct discovery calls to understand
their needs • Demo the product and gather feedback • Help convert
early interest into paying customers Tools & Systems • Navigate,
trial, and set up CRM tools—or build your own workflows • Research
and identify new AI-powered tools for prospecting, finding contact
details, drafting messaging and assets (landing pages, decks, one
pagers, etc) and outreach (drip campaigns) • Build and run your own
campaigns autonomously—we'll give you direction, you figure out how
to execute What We're Looking For • Hungry, scrappy, and not afraid
to pick up the phone • Strong written and verbal communication
skills • Comfortable with ambiguity—you figure things out on your
own • AI-native—you already use AI tools to 10x your output and
you're always finding new ones • Comfortable navigating and
learning new software tools quickly • Passionate about human
