Across the globe, our technology has been used to discover new medicines, run the world's financial systems, prevent terrorism, and optimize supply chain etc. Description:This position reports to the Director, Finance and will be responsible for providing analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.--This position will be responsible for FP&A activities and ad-hoc projects, including those detailed below.Skills and Attributes* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field* 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis and accounting* Capable working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling* A combination of any experience with the following:-- ERP/CRM software packages including NetSuite Financials and Salesforce.-- Host Analytics Planning is a plus.-- Subscription software licensing models and associated metrics, a plus.-- Working knowledge of GAAP accounting and financial statements* Attention to detail, and attentive in self-review of work product* Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently* Excellent presentation, reporting and interpersonal skills* Results-oriented analytical, and problem-solving skillsResponsibilitiesPlan and Forecast Process: Support the company-wide annual budget and periodic forecast exercises by collecting and summarizing data, working closely with budget holders, and providing analyticsMonthly Close: Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Report and evaluate performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with the financial forecast on a department and consolidated levelBusiness Partnership: Build deep business partner relationships across the organization, establishing trust and gaining an understanding of relevant business driversReporting: Support the preparation of Board presentations and budget-to-actual presentations on a quarterly basis. Generate timely, actionable insights from business data to ensure financial performance predictability and maintain an efficient cost structure.Analytics: Identify, develop, and monitor key metrics, performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances. Provide ad-hoc analysis to Senior Management to help support in the business decisions and achieve growth, profitability, and budget targets across the organization.
