DescriptionMaintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician is the go-to person regarding daily maintenance issues and upkeep for the location. They report directly to the FOH Managers and Facility Maintenance Manager.
They are a part of the maintenance team and are willing and able to learn the Pinstripes preventative maintenance systems. As knowledge and experience increase the Facility Maintenance Manager will allocate and delegate special projects accordingly.
Competitive hourly wage and approximately 35 hours per week.
The Maintenance Mechanic's main responsibility is the upkeep, cleaning,helping with preventative maintenance programs, and adjustment of the bowling lanes
Bowling Lane Upkeep and Repair-Oil lanes and Approach Cleaning-Follows and fills out the Daily Bowling log in detail (all steps are done correctly)-Adjusts the lanes accordingly, as needed-Ensures that all bowling lanes are operating properly-Ability to troubleshoot pinsetter issues with the bowling lanes and Pinball wizard bumpers, and to intelligently figure out a solution
The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for both performing the daily maintenance projects, while also managing the Pinsetter(s) at their location.
Building Maintenance- Electrical- Tile repair-Lightbulbs-Drywall / Painting / Staining / Grout-Table levelers-Chair glides
Plumbing-restrooms-sinks-toilets-Water Heaters
Kitchen Maintenance Issues-In the case of a Kitchen Maintenance issue, the Maintenance Mechanic is to call the Facility Manager to inform them of the issue, and to ensure that all proper steps are being taken.
HVAC or Electrical Issues-In the case of an HVAC or Electrical issue, absolutely no steps are to be taken until given consent by the Facility Manager, to ensure that all proper steps are being taken.
Monthly Inventory-bowling inventory-paint supplies-filtersRequirementsThe Maintenance Technician should have knowledge of general maintenance and repairs. This includes drywall, painting, tile cleaning programs, and open to learning bowling preventative maintenance.
