This role is critical to safeguarding Roblox's interests, reputation, and long-term success. By implementing robust risk management strategies and encouraging collaborative partnerships with relationship owners across Roblox, you can effectively navigate the complexities of supplier relationships to ensure a "right-sized" security risk for Roblox. This role will report to the GRC Manager.You will:Be a key contributor to the GRC team within the larger Information Security Organization (InfoSec).You will partner with your GRC, InfoSec and Engineering colleagues to support the design and implementation of a "risk first" Supply Chain Risk Management Program that is "right-sized" for Roblox.Work within our vendor management system, you will perform risk-informed vendor security reviews for new vendor intakes and upon contract renewal.Evaluate internal projects and vendor solutions that leverage AI (generative AI or large language models) for security, privacy, and compliance risks.Lead design and implementation of the focused AI risk management program within the broader Supply Chain Risk Management Program.Find opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness, crafting tools and automations along the way to drive security and compliance by design.Be a subject matter expert in the Supply Chain Risk Management space providing education and mentorship to others across the Roblox organization. Additionally you will have a nuanced understanding of particular risks AI poses when part of a vendor-provided or internal solutions.Be involved in the Roblox community, living our values and securing the metaverse.You have:4+ years of relevant professional experience in Third Party, Supply Chain, or Vendor risk management.Experience with identifying or assessing AI risk in internal or vendor products/tools that use generative AI or LLMs.Experience collaborating with software engineers to identify, assess, and mitigate information security gaps, concerns, and weaknesses.Deep understanding of the supply chain risk management space and how to educate organizations on these concepts. Ability to build policies, procedures, standards and other documentation in this space.Understanding of security concepts and a broad range of security risks and controls.Experience in tech; however the need to actively code is not required for the role, just the ability to collaborate with Engineers and quickly establish credibility.For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
